He has been in practice since 40 years and have extensive experience in the areas of Indirect Taxes predominantly in VAT (now GST) and other allied laws and had dealt with many corporate houses in the matters of VAT and allied laws. He also have exhaustive experience in matters of litigation and appeals. He is active member in various tax associations.	Hemant Kumar Gupta FCA, LL.B., B.Com. A Chartered Accountant by practice and founder of the firm. He is in practice for more than 10 years and involved in diversified practice in the areas of Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Bank Audits, GST Audits and Corporate Audits, along with litigation work connected to Direct & Indirect Taxes. He is active member of Jaipur chapter of Central India Regional Council of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. Also, he is active member of various tax forums operating across the states.
Rohit Raj Gupta LL.B., B.Com. An Advocate by profession and associated with the firm since its foundation. He has rich experience in the areas of Indirect Taxes particularly in GST for more than 7 years. He is having extensive understanding in GST compliances and allied matters. He has been solely dealing in matters of assessments under VAT and now GST. Also he is active member of various tax forums and associations.
